An October 2017 entry reproduced a news report about an electrical extension cord. Nearly 1 m of cord had entered a patient's urinary tract, followed by abdominal pain and blood in the urine. A March 2024 entry reported successful removal of a broken ceramic chip at the fifth hospital. Mr. Okada described the fragment as approximately 25 mm long, 10 mm wide, and 5 mm thick.
