An off-center retrieval thread was linked to difficult removal

In an entry published in September 2020, a Ver.4 customer requested help because the chip remained stuck into the following day. They also reported some bleeding when tension was applied to the thread.

Mr. Okada attributed part of the difficulty to the attachment being offset from the chip's center of gravity.
