Intended prostate chip position left its auxiliary screw before the sphincter

In an entry published in May 2020, a beginner asked about bladder migration after ordering the ceramic twist chip and auxiliary screw. Mr. Okada described only the main chip as lying beyond the outer urinary sphincter (the muscle before the prostate). The accessory’s intended location was before that muscle.
