He announced custom production, describing rotation during movement as its defining feature. Double-wire construction eased chip milking but proved intolerable for Mr. Okada

In an entry published in March 2025, a customer requested doubled wire for a stronger pulling effect. Staff initially proposed waiting for supplies, but Mr. Okada tested a 0.4mm double-wire version sooner. He found movement easier because the wire bent less.

In an entry published in September 2020, a customer lost track of the short ceramic chip and tried the twisted model. Its screw helper (a twisted additional chip intended to transmit movement) was easier to feel, but the customer reported severe urinary pain and slight bleeding.

"Will a screw helper solve chip milking and bladder migration?"
