A separate January 2019 report concerned a strongly curved chip with a section over 10mm, which entered the bladder after a stopper problem. The customer reported no sign of natural passage and described removal through a medical scope. March 2024 entries describe a ceramic curved chip (sea-slug 2) breaking in half, leaving about 25mm in the bladder. After 1 week without passage, a clinic lacking grasping tools referred the customer to a university hospital. A broken wire connection was reported with lining injury
