In an entry published in August 2018, Mr. Okada reported urethral inflammation after wearing an oversized curved twist chip. According to his account, his doctor described that size as simply a foreign object in his urethra.

Ceramic twist chips added short and curved choices in December 2019

In an entry published in December 2019, Mr. Okada announced short ceramic twist chips in S and M. A medium-length ceramic cobra twist (a curved chip twisted beside its prostate-area bulge) was also introduced in M. These initial versions had maximum widths of about 8mm and prices matching glass versions.

Blue-resin twist chips launched with three lengths in November 2021

Motorized resin twist chips were discouraged after leakage and wiring concerns

An entry published in February 2019 records a request for a resin twist chip with motors at both ends. Mr. Okada first declined, then attempted a prototype.

Ceramic twist chips received a motor attachment without drilling the twisted section
