Angel and Devil custom orders initially used an existing ceramic listing

In the January 2022 entry, Mr. Okada placed both ceramic shapes in the same price category as the large ceramic model. His stated reason was that they exceeded 50 mm. The passage set the price by reference to that existing product, without giving a yen amount.

In an entry published in May 2026, a customer wanted two blue screw-shaped chips joined without a gap on a custom Devil assembly. Staff first said a 4 mm wire connection would be difficult and offered to try another construction. Mr. Okada separately warned that 0.4 mm wire's strong tendency to straighten could place enough force on the resin body to break it.

The Devil piston-drill sheath changed internally but still admitted water

The May 2026 entry also described the sheath (the sleeve surrounding the sliding wire) in that custom assembly. Mr. Okada said the screw bodies were sealed with adhesive materials on the surface and inside. He thought their thread holes were sealed too, unlike those in ordinary blue screw-shaped chips.

The sheath contained shorter, more numerous aluminum tube segments, a revision intended to accommodate sharper bends. However, Mr. Okada explained that the moving wire prevented the sheath from being sealed, allowing water through its interior. Mr. Okada described boiling disinfection as a requirement associated with that water-permeable part.
