In an entry published in May 2025, Mr. Okada introduced a wire device with repeated side loops. Published dimensions were 20 cm–40 cm overall, with a 20 mm–50 mm front loop and 10 mm–20 mm rear loop. Ears measured 10 mm–30 mm, with spacing of at least the ear length plus 10 mm.

Large urethral centipede petals caused excessive irritation during personal testing
An entry published in May 2025 describes Mr. Okada's test of 25 mm petals as an internal stopper. He stopped after about 3 hours, saying the irritation was too strong. He subsequently tested petals of about 18 mm and reported less discomfort.

Urethral centipede ears interfered with each other in one customer's report
In an entry published in June 2025, a customer reported overly flexible wire and interference between neighboring ears. The message describes the ordered wire as 3 mm. Staff initially had no solution.

In an entry published in August 2025, a customer reported that a petal stopper's glued base failed after about 2 weeks. Staff offered inspection and repair, and the customer later confirmed receiving the repaired item. The same customer also reported losing both sides of the second ear on another wire centipede.
