The joined titanium twin prostate chip put excessive pressure on Mr. Okada's urethra

Single use turned the twin prostate chip into a regular product
In an entry published in July 2021, Mr. Okada decided to commercialize a single half of the twin. He named it Zorro after the fictional hero and selected it as his first regular 3D-manufactured chip product.
He wrote that its uneven shape did not sit securely against the sphincter (the muscle closing around the urine passage). A screw support (an auxiliary positioning chip), with a 4mm gap, reportedly settled better in his trial.

The resin Zorro prostate chip gained its own price in August 2021
An entry published in August 2021 announced that resin products would begin selling the following week. Proposed twin prostate chip offsets targeted width and length differently
In an entry published in March 2021, an illustrator asked whether offsetting the twin halves could create additional contours. Mr. Okada replied that the original purpose of the twin was increased thickness.

Flexible wire gave the Zorro prostate chip a different support arrangement
An entry published in April 2024 describes shape-memory wire (a flexible metal connector) approximately 0.6mm thick, retaining a curve near 90 degrees. Mr. Okada said it straightened in the penile portion of the urine passage, allowing easier passage without unusual penile bulging.
