In January 2020’s entry, Mr. Okada offered free chip-side USB connectors (electrical cable fittings) with new vibrating chips. This replaced the usual controller connection. Controller-side fittings and conversions of existing chips remained chargeable. He told new buyers to pay only for the controller-side fitting.

In October 2020’s entry, Mr. Okada offered horn-shaped silicone coating (rubber around a thread connection) free up to 2mm. In an entry published in October 2022, a customer whose wire-loop connector detached wanted a stainless-steel chip instead. Mr. Okada offered free repair but declined the product change, settling the case with a refund. After faults soon after use began, he temporarily suspended sales of both the connector and the 6-wire model. For buyers unwilling to keep those products because of the risks, he offered refunds.
