Ordering from outside Japan

OK Lab ships internationally to countries covered by Japan Post's EMS courier service. Overseas orders are paid in advance by PayPal. Each order carries a ¥400 handling fee, and EMS shipping is charged on top.

What this site can and cannot tell you

• The diary records a few contacts from customers outside Japan, in Japanese, by machine translation, and in English. It does not record delivery times, customs handling, or country-by-country shipping costs.
• For a quote, shipping time to your country, or a question about payment, contact the seller directly through the official store.
• Prices on this site are in yen; the approximate US-dollar amounts are added by machine for reference only.
